| F.A.Q. ON-LINE ORDER Will the product I order be exactly the same as the photo? R. Flowers are seasonal products. For this reason the full range is not always available. It is therefore possible that an Interflora bouquet may be slightly different from the one shown. However we guarantee that each Interflora bouquet is created individually by a qualified florist with fresh flowers and that, to our best endeavours, it will correspond in shape and colour to the one depicted. Is it possible for my order to remain anonymous? R. If the card that accompanies your gift is not signed then the sender remains totally anonymous and neither the recipient nor the florist fulfilling the order will be able to access your details. How can I request a personalised gift? R. Flowers are seasonal products. For this reason the full range is not always available. Any preferences can be entered in the “special instructions” section but we cannot guarantee these will be fulfilled. Can I include a personalised message? R. The ordering procedure includes a step where you can add your own message. This will be delivered with the flowers. Can I send more than one gift in one order? R. The basket can contain only one gift at a time. Can I specify a time for delivery? R. Delivery at a specific time can only be guaranteed if agreed with our customer services department, please write to infoclienti@interflora.it. Request for time of delivery (morning/afternoon/evening) needs to reach us at least 48 hours in advance. Time of delivery is only guaranteed for funerals. If this is the case please enter the exact time of delivery in the “Delivery Information” section on the order form. How can I change or cancel an order? R. If, due to unforeseen circumstances you need to change or cancel an order, please call us during our business hours (8.30 am – 6.00 pm) and Saturday: 8.30 am - 7.00 pm on 06 6641 6641 with your order reference number. PAYMENT METHODS May I use other methods of payment (postal payment slip, bank transfer, deferred payment)? R. You can pay using one of the methods listed on our website. These are: a) Online via credit card : all you need to do is enter your card details (type of card, number, expiry date, and if required the security code). The entire transaction will be managed by Banca Sella and the highest levels of security will be adhered to. DELIVERY Are delivery costs included in the price? A: Yes, the cost of delivery service is included. How can I know if my order has been delivered? R. Interflora guarantees the delivery of all orders for the requested date during normal working hours of our partner florist. If, for whatever reason, it has not been possible to fulfil your order you will be contacted by our customer services department as soon as the florist informs us there is a problem with the delivery. This means that if you have not heard from us or have not received any message, you can be certain that your personalised flower gift has reached its destination. If the order has not been delivered, you can contact us and lodge a complaint for non delivery, quoting your reference number. What happens if the recipient is not at home, or at the delivery address? R. Our partner florist will attempt to deliver the gift then leave a card and try to reach the recipient at a later time by phone. R. Sure, an Interflora florist can delivery your gift flower also on Sunday from 9.00 to 13.00. Do you offer any discounts/vouchers after a certain number of orders? R. We are not offering any loyalty programmes at the moment, but registering with the Interflora club offers a host of advantages, including discounts and promotions at certain times of the year.
