Interflora Italia is the biggest National and International service for transmission and delivery of floral gifts, reaching the person you want to, in a while, anywhere.
How does this service work exactly?
Whenever you wish to present flowers to a very dear person, in Italy or all over the world, you can go to an Interflora point of sale. The florist will be at your disposal to suggest you about the best choice to do.
Once you got it, you may also add the text for any card you'd like to include. Then, by computer your request will catch the nearest Interflora dealer to the recipient.
The receiver florist will arrange your present finely and will deliver it, card enclosed, directly to the recipient.
You have also 3 different ways to order and send Interflora flowers:
You can choose among tens of floral gifts you will find on the Interflora website catalogue www.interflora.it. You can order and pay directly by credit card but also by bank transfer, PostePay, Paypal, Checking account or Postal order. Interflora will provide for the delivery to the recipient according to your request.

If you cannot use the Internet connection, you can call our free service number 800 63 88 96 (only from Italy) and one of our operators will suggest you the perfect floral gift for your needs, load the order on the system and make a florist deliver it according to your request.
Choose the country of destination.
Choose any of the items listed in the online catalogue, enter the date and place of delivery.
If the delivery can be carried out on the date and to the place requested you will be asked to:
1) Enter the card message (optional)
2) Enter the recipient details
3) Enter the sender details
4) Choose a payment method
5) Pay
You will immediately receive confirmation of your order. A copy of the order with a reference number will be sent to the email address you provided.
Interflora guarantees the delivery of all flower gifts, whitin shop openings times, respecting customer´s instructions given when the order was placed.
Interflora will contact the customer who placed the order only in case of need, otherwise the order will be regularly filled.
We cannot guarantee delivery Sundays and on public holidays.
Many shops are closed during the week for either a half or a whole day, as also provided for by municipal laws. At these times deliveries cannot be carried out so they will be made when the shop reopens.
Interflora Italia undertakes to treat your personal details with confidentiality.
The personal details of our customers are never at any time shared with third parties.
While fulfilling this contract, and for the protection of personal data, Interflora is committed to fully complying with the current Privacy law (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and any amendments).

The exposed Interflora flowers are a design product handmade by a florist based on a range of fresh and quality flowers. According to the executing Florist's initiative, the delivered product may occasionally differ from the picture shown depending on his creative sensitivity, his expertise, his regular supply of flowers from season to season. The picture and the number of flowers have an illustrative value.
Your Order Once you have selected the country of destination, you can choose the item you wish to purchase, as long as this is available for the date and area you require.
You may write a message of maximum 255 characters for the card you can choose to have delivered with the selected item. You may however prefer to use one of the messages selected by us for each occasion.
You will need to accurately enter the recipient's complete contact details as this will ensure we can deal with your order quickly and efficiently.
In order to guarantee order is fulfilled correctly please include the following when entering the recipient's address:
- For hospital deliveries, if possible, please specify ward name and room number.
- For hotel deliveries, if possible, please specify number of room and name under which the recipient is registered (group, spouse, etc.).
Finally, you will need to enter some of your own contact details in order to complete the order and enable us to send you an invoice (some fields are optional) and pay using one of the following methods:
1) Online via credit card: all you need to do is enter your card details (type of card, number, expiry date, and if required the security code). The entire transaction will be managed by Banca Sella and the highest levels of security will be adhered to.
2) Credit card payment via fax: If you would prefer not to enter your credit card details online you may send details via fax using the form you will find in the “payment methods” section, which needs to be completed in all its parts and sent to fax number 06 6641 6940. It is not possible to guarantee delivery in less than 24 working hours for orders placed using credit card payment via fax. You will receive notification that payment has been received and the order will be duly fulfilled.
3) PayPal: Your credit card details will be processed solely by PayPal in order to carry out the necessary checks required to authorise online payment.
Interflora will therefore not have any access to credit card details, but will only manage the contact details of the purchaser (name, surname, address) that are required to send the items to his/her address.
The financial transaction only involves the purchaser and PayPal, who then proceeds to pay Interflora Italia.
4) Bank Transfer: Without using your credit card you can pay by transferring the money from your bank to Unicredit – account holder: Interflora Italia, IBAN code IT88S0322603208000030101819
In the Causale field (Reason for Payment) enter the order number, your name and telephone number or email address.

www.interflora.it will have to be sent to Interflora via fax, to 06 6641 6940.
You will receive notification that payment has been received and the order will be duly fulfilled. It is not possible to guarantee delivery in less than 24 working hours for orders placed using bank transfer.
5) Postal Current Account or Postal Order: You may send a postal current account or postal order from any post office made payable to: Interflora Italia S.p.A. Via Aurelia, 714 00165 Roma - Postal Current Account Number: 77173789
In the Causale field (Reason for Payment) enter the order number, your name and telephone number or email address. Copy of the postal current account or postal order(with order number) will have to be sent to Interflora via fax to 06 66411118 or 06 66411429 or via email in PDF format to the following address:
pagamenti@interflora.it. We will delivery your flower gift, compatibly with the receipt of bank transfer, checking account or postal order. The order will be placed “on hold” until a copy of the postal order has been received, you will receive notification that payment has been successful and order will be duly fulfilled.

Prices Prices listed next to each item in the Interflora online catalogue include
all costs, and more specifically include: delivery costs of € 9, service charges which are of € 10 for Italy and € 12 abroad, and VAT.
Flower prices are subject to fluctuations based on season and location. For Interflora Italy flower gifts it is the prices of the Interflora Italia florist who supplies them that are binding, and more specifically,
prices applied on day of delivery.
As an alternative to the proposed price it is possible, for some items, to choose a price of your choice, starting from the proposed price, in the event that you require the same flower gift but with more flowers.
You can use our currency converter if you wish to know what the price is in your own currency. If the credit card issuer charges your payment in another currency, the official exchange rate for that day will be applied.
If the recipient were to reject the flowers delivered by our florist, without any plausible reason, the florist will still have the right to be paid in whole for the failed delivery.
Delivery and Terms and Conditions of Supply Delivery can only take place during normal opening hours of our Fleurop-Interflora florists.
Due to different opening times and time zones in individual countries we can only guarantee same day delivery by bearing in mind the following:
- The request has to be made Monday to Saturday before 5pm.
- Order acceptance depends on country of destination.
- We cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays and on national holidays. We cannot deliver to camp sites, military bases, ships, harbours or airports.
Exceptions:
- 14th February – Valentine's Day: due to the very high volumes of requests we receive for that day (the busiest day of the year) orders for Valentine's Day may be delivered in advance or after Valentine's Day, especially to non-residential addresses.
- Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on Saturday. It is possible that last minute orders may only be delivered on the Monday after Mother's Day.
- Orders for Christmas and New Year's are generally delivered 2-3 days before the requested date.
If the recipient is not available the florist will leave a card and try to reach the recipient at a later time by phone. If the florist is unable to reach the recipient he/she will tell us that delivery has been unsuccessful and we will in turn contact you to let you know.
Delivery Times Delivery at a specific time of day can only be guaranteed if agreed with customer services at

Request for time of delivery (morning/afternoon/evening) needs to reach us at least 48 hours in advance.
Time of delivery is only guaranteed for funerals.

Accuracy of Recipient's Address Please check that the address and telephone number you have entered are accurate and complete. We assume no responsibility for delays or non deliveries resulting from wrong or incomplete information. In order to allow the florist to fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner please supply the following additional information:
- For hospital deliveries, if possible, please specify ward name and room number.
- For hotel deliveries, if possible, please specify number of room and name under which the recipient is registered (group, spouse, etc).
Order Confirmation For each order you place you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. This will contain the order number as well as detailed information concerning the product you have purchased, price, date of delivery and addresses of sender and recipient.

Guarantee Thanks to our carefully selected network of florists we guarantee that all your orders will be fulfilled professionally, that products will be of good quality and that flowers and flower creations will be delivered fresh. Our guarantee includes:
- Delivery by a florist of ordered goods
- Quality and freshness of the product
- Delivery on requested day (see Delivery)
- The price listed on the website.
If, however, the recipient is unsatisfied in any way he or she may contact the Interflora Italia florist who delivered the gift.
You may alternatively prefer to send us an email, maximum five days from date of delivery to the following address:

The IP addresses will only be used to manage the Interflora website.
Our site requires the use of "cookies" in order to be able to access the current content of your basket. The cookie itself does not contain any personal details but only an identification code, which helps our site to find previously entered information as you move to the next step in the purchasing process. Any information contained in your cookie is cancelled by our server 24 hours after the transaction takes place.
Products and services are ordered via our site using an order form. The information you enter is required by us, the contractual partner, in order to deliver the goods and confirm the order to the customer. Personal details are also used, if required, in order to contact the client. These details will not however be used to send emails or information on our company unless the customer has expressly authorised us to do so.
Our Address Book Service saves your email address, name and surname in order to remind you of any birthdays or other approaching occasions. The contact details entered in the registration form of the address book are used, if requested, also to send emails and information to our customers concerning the flower market. Users may in any case request that their details are removed from the mailing list at any time. Further details can be found in the "Selection/Cancellation" paragraph below.
Credit card details are not saved on our servers. Once an order has been placed using a credit card payment is immediately charged online using an encrypted connection with the credit card issuer.
If you are registered with our club you may at any time choose to no longer receive the offers reserved for its members by Interflora by requesting cancellation of your name and sending an email to
infoclienti@interflora.it Cancellation/Right to Revoke Order An order may be cancelled up to two working days prior to requested delivery date by notifying us of your order number.
Any cancellation made closer to the delivery date can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and a refund of your order cannot be guaranteed.
