Description

Our Marketing and Commercial team is growing, and we are hiring a Category/Product Marketing Manager to join the team.

As Interflora Category/Product Marketing Manager, you will create and own the product strategy in relationship with florists and senior internal stakeholders while building collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. You will develop flowers and gifts key sourcing activities, ensuring equipment and service availability to meet business goals while minimizing risk. You will be the trusted advisor in strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives with Florists and suppliers. You will work side-by-side with your stakeholders to deliver the best product choice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver long term flowers and gifts strategies, supervise key initiatives with cross-functional teams; promote the process of the category roadmap with tech, merchandising, digital and network managers and teams
  • Define commercial relationships with florists and suppliers, with a principal objective of achieving optimal cost and performance
  • Supervise florists performance management, revenue managment including improving profit margin, sustainability & social responsibility
  • Coordinate and collaborate with international and local teams to deploy and handle the implementation of your defined strategies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree
  • Experience leading end-to-end source to pay processes, including spend analysis, bench-marking, clean-sheet costing, negotiations, supplier performance management, scorecards, contracting, requisitions, purchase orders, and savings tracking
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and revenue managment

Preferred Qualifications and soft skiils

  • Product Marketing management skills; ability to navigate project implementation involving sourcing and buying

  • English fluent, French helpful

As Interflora E-Commerce Store Manager, you will create and own the merchandising and website strategy in relationship with florists and senior internal stakeholders while building collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. You will manage flowers and gifts key selling activities on the website, ensuring content quality and service availability to meet business goals while minimizing risk. You will be the trusted advisor in strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives with Florists and suppliers. You will work side-by-side with your stakeholders to deliver the best content choice.

  • Coordinate dedicated action plans by category Category and Product Marketing team
  • Periodically and systematically benchmark the online competition in terms of merchandising and product-related launching and E-commerce activities
  • Review product ranking and placements across the website
  • Analyse stock & sales identifying areas of opportunities and improvement
  • During buying sessions, define Online Core offer in cooperation with Category and Product Marketing; define and supervise online product assortment
  • Coordinate zones buying strategy and E-commerce allocation
  • Closely work with Network sales teams for core offer local adaptations, product launches, permanent & carry-over stock availability checks and local actions plans to boost E-commerce sales
  • Coordinate online catalogue updates: pre-order plan & launch plan definition with Sales & Marketing; coordinate online launches; coordinate dedicated online product depletion with Category and Product Marketing
  • Manage AI and A/B Tasting on website

Description

As the Brand and Social Media manager, you will be lead all social media at Interflora Italy. You will be responsible for creating a leading presence of our brands on key social media platforms, contributing to strengthening and modernizing the brands image amongst target audience in accordance with central brand and Social Media Director and Italy CEO. This includes using a platform for social media communication relevant to all European markets, and leading the customer enrollment and engagement activities. You will be focused on the Italian market and experienced, with cross-country and team collaboration at the core of your competencies and approach. You will bring an informed perspective on how to best manipulate creative tone and design on different platforms. You will have multiple years of experience across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the creation of a new brand and social media strategy
  • Define and agree KPIs and key success metrics with management and other stakeholders
  • Lead the rollout and refinement of content production for multiple social channels in multiple markets
  • Rollout and localization of a new content strategy
  • Develop better-practice reporting and continually prioritizes based on highest value
  • Develop a social media playbook for content, working in tandem with global peers to align best practices. Continually track and evaluate better practice amongst competitors and peers
  • Be a true team player, and liaise effectively with other marketing levers such as onsite, media and CRM

Descrizione

All’interno della struttura organizzativa risponderà funzionalmente al Direttore Generale e Responsabile della Rete e si occuperà principalmente di sviluppo della rete di Fioristi e della attivita di marketing B2F (Business to Fioristi) sul Nord Italia:

  • Definire e guidare la strategia di marketing e vendita B2F nel nord Italia
  • Lavora e forma direttamente il team di vendita HQ per ridimensionare efficacemente l'attività di vendita alla rete di fioristi
  • Recluta, sviluppa e guida un team di responsabili delle vendite/agenti e pilota gli operatori telefonici B2F
  • Organizza le riunioni regionali con gruppi di Fioristi per condividere la strategia aziendale o proporre nuovi prodotti e servizi
  • Assicurare l’attuazione delle direttive e dei piani nei termini previsti mediante la gestione efficiente ed efficace delle risorse di cui ha la responsabilità
  • Conoscere il mercato e analizzarne le tendenze, valutare i prodotti della concorrenza e interpretando la situazione economica generale
  • Monitorare i risultati della forza vendita ed avviare azioni correttive
  • Effettuare la gestione del budget di area mettendo in campo azioni di sviluppo
  • Presenta reportisitica su KPIs settimanale e mensile

Requisiti generici

  • Diploma di laurea, laurea magistrale o cultura equipollente
  • Esperienza nel ruolo in azienda che operano nel canale Fiori e Piante, Regali, Hotel, Ristorazione
  • Capacità organizzativa, capacità di lavorare in gruppo
  • Abilità nella gestione e motivazione di gruppi di lavoro e di capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti

Requisiti specifici e soft skills

  • 6 a 10 Esperienza nel ruolo in azienda che operano nel canale Fiori e Piante, Regali, Hotel, Ristorazione
  • Abilità nella gestione e motivazione di gruppi di lavoro di più di 10 persone
  • Eccellente uso di Powerpoint e Excel
  • Eccellente in Inglese (professionale), il Francese sarà un più
  • Mentalià da Start-up
