Our Marketing and Commercial team is growing, and we are hiring a Category/Product Marketing Manager to join the team.
As Interflora Category/Product Marketing Manager, you will create and own the product strategy in relationship with florists and senior internal stakeholders while building collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. You will develop flowers and gifts key sourcing activities, ensuring equipment and service availability to meet business goals while minimizing risk. You will be the trusted advisor in strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives with Florists and suppliers. You will work side-by-side with your stakeholders to deliver the best product choice.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver long term flowers and gifts strategies, supervise key initiatives with cross-functional teams; promote the process of the category roadmap with tech, merchandising, digital and network managers and teams
Define commercial relationships with florists and suppliers, with a principal objective of achieving optimal cost and performance
Supervise florists performance management, revenue managment including improving profit margin, sustainability & social responsibility
Coordinate and collaborate with international and local teams to deploy and handle the implementation of your defined strategies

Experience in strategic sourcing and revenue managment
Preferred Qualifications and soft skiils

As E-Commerce Revenue Manager and Business Analyst, you will create and own the pricing policies, reporting and business analysis strategy in relationship with florists and senior internal stakeholders while building collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. You will build and run business analysis and revenue management strategy activities on the website to meet business goals while minimizing risk. You will work side-by-side with your stakeholders to deliver the best reporting choice.
Sets fares, prices, builds forecasts and creates budget for flowers bouquets and gifts.
Develops and implements effective templates, reports and analyses to optimize revenue in each market segment of the flower and gifting business.
Analyze all business systems for multiple projects and document all business specifications and participate in various meetings for system groups and perform tests on same and assist to analyze all system defects.
Analyze all internal and external business requirements and provide detail specifications for all ecommerce sites and manage communication with all participants in projects.
Organize and participate in various department coordination meetings and assist all project managers to prioritize all development process and validate all results.
Prepare documents for all ecommerce business procedure and analyze all site traffic to recommend efficient marketing plans and administer all email programs and search engine marketing activities.
Supervise and document all interface requirements for functional department and analyze and recommend strategies to enhance projects and coordinate with digital marketing team and analyze all projects from conceptualization to implementation.
Evaluate all creative products and develop all business timeframe and production schedule for projects and develop various key performance metrics for all ecommerce activities.
Analyze and recommend improvements to all sites and prepare reports for productivity programs and coordinate with team to design effective test strategies to increase site productivity for all ecommerce procedures.
Design all everyday reports for productive pages and analyze all site to increase traffic to same and assist in customer acquisition for various programs.
Perform analysis on all ecommerce activities on weekly basis and identify all obstacles for customers in check out process and recommend improvements to same.
Coordinate with all operations and marketing departments to achieve al financial objectives and design all online marketing programs for all consumer projects and perform analysis on return on investment and position all merchandise effectively.
Partner with ecommerce teams to perform and recommend improvements to site performance and prepare various ad hoc reports for multiple brands and analyze performance.
Monitor all redesigning processes and ensure incorporation of all new technology to site and perform research on all systems to improve processes and perform tests on new features and analyze all business requirements.

Definire e guidare la strategia di marketing e vendita B2F nel nord Italia
Lavora e forma direttamente il team di vendita HQ per ridimensionare efficacemente l'attività di vendita alla rete di fioristi
Recluta, sviluppa e guida un team di responsabili delle vendite/agenti e pilota gli operatori telefonici B2F
Organizza le riunioni regionali con gruppi di Fioristi per condividere la strategia aziendale o proporre nuovi prodotti e servizi
Assicurare l’attuazione delle direttive e dei piani nei termini previsti mediante la gestione efficiente ed efficace delle risorse di cui ha la responsabilità
Conoscere il mercato e analizzarne le tendenze, valutare i prodotti della concorrenza e interpretando la situazione economica generale
