Interflora proposes to its customers several ways to buy flowers, taking care of convenience and safety and giving the possibility to receive the “perfect gift” directly at home.



On our portal customer can view and purchase the best flowers, plants and gift items selected, to be delivered in Italy and in the World in a day. Ordering it’s simple and safe with several payment options. My Interflora section also allows registered users to keep an eye on history of own orders, receive discounts and custom set alerts to not forget to celebrate important occasions during the year. At time of purchase the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the customer with the positive outcome of the order and its identification number.

Interflora App

On Interflora App (available for Android and iOS) customer can always have at hand the best proposals of our florists and perfect gifts for any occasion. To order from mobile device, it’s enough download the app, sign up yourself and choose easily from anywhere and at any time customer want an adeguate floral tribute.

Interflora free orders number

By calling Interflora orders number 800 638 896 customers can place an order: daily (Mon-Sun 8:00 am to 8:00 pm). The order will be automatically transmitted to an Interflora florist whom will make the delivery.

Affiliated stores branded Interflora

The approximately 1,700 affiliates Interflora florists throughout Italy, will be at customer disposal to advise in the choice of the most suitable floral arragements to their needs. The florist that has received the order will make and hand-deliver to the recipient the floral arrangement, consistent with the guidance provided in the moment of the place of the order.


Opening days and delivery times

Interflora web site is available online 24 hours a 24 to place an order, browse the catalog published or to date on new products. Interflora web site is also available in the mobile version, all viewable on handheld devices and even exclusive APP version downloaded directly on your smartphone. The Customer Care Interflora  is active from Monday to Friday from 8:10 am to 7:25 pm, on Saturday from 8:10 am to 7:00 pm and on Sunday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. The free toll number every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The brand shops Interflora normally observe the following hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm and Sunday 9.00 am-1.00 pm. In some locations, the day of closing and / or opening hours may be different from usual opening.

Interflora Italia undertakes to treat your personal details with confidentiality. The personal details of our customers are never at any time shared with third parties. While fulfilling this contract, and for the protection of personal data, Interflora is committed to fully complying with the current Privacy law (EU Regulation n. 2016/679 and any amendments). Interflora guarantees that the collection and processing of user data, this includes any electronic or automated procedures, will only be carried out in order to fulfil this deal, fully complying with the current law governing use of personal data and confidentiality (EU Regulation n. 2016/679 and any amendments).



The Board of Directors approved the adoption of the model of organisation, management and control (MOGC) under the rules contained in Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as amended (On the liability of legal persons).

With the approval of the document he was appointed the Supervisory Board in a collegial composition, assigned to oversee the operation and observance of MOGC.

Interflora, therefore, confirms that its internal and external activities should be inspired by respect for the principles contained in MOGC and for the overall internal control system business, in the belief that ethics in management of business is to be pursued as a condition of the success of the enterprise.

We require every employee or third party, in contact with Interflora, to continue to direct their behavior according to a constant and close observation of the principles and values of the Code of Ethics, according to the Code of Conduct, to general "model" of Interflora and, however, to the law 231/2001.

Changing or cancelling an order

An order can be changed up to 24 working hours prior to delivery, with the order number, by sending an email or via fax to +39 06 6641 1429. For changes to orders that require delivery on the same day, you must contact Customer Service to 06.6641.6641 to check the actual feasibility.

An order can be cancelled up to two working days prior to requested delivery date by providing the order number. If cancellation is made closer to delivery date we cannot guarantee a refund of the order.

Cancellation requests are to be sent to "" or by fax to +39 06 6641 1429 (customer services) during normal business hours. If an order is cancelled for reasons not dued to Interflora, the refund will be deducted of € 14 National order - € 15 International Order
