  ONLINE ORDER
 

A. The exposed Interflora flowers are a design product handmade by a florist based on a range of fresh and quality flowers. According to the executing Florist’s initiative, the delivered product may occasionally differ from the picture shown depending on his creative sensitivity, his expertise, his regular supply of flowers from season to season. The picture and the number of flowers have an illustrative value.

A. If the card that accompanies your gift is not signed then the sender remains totally anonymous and neither the recipient nor the florist fulfilling the order will be able to access your details.

A. Flowers are seasonal products. For this reason the full range is not always available. Any preferences can be entered in the “special instructions” section but we cannot guarantee these will be fulfilled.

A. The ordering procedure includes a step where you can add your own message (max 255 latin letters). This will be delivered with the flowers.

A. Yes, the basket can contain more products deliverables to the same recipient, also in different dates.

A. Delivery at a specific time can only be guaranteed if agreed with our customer care department, please write toinfoclienti@interflora.it. Request for time of delivery (morning/afternoon/evening) needs to reach us at least 48 hours in advance. Time of delivery is only guaranteed for funerals. If this is the case please enter the exact time of delivery in the “Delivery Information” section on the order form.

A. Yes, you can. To modify an order you have to contact, at least the day before the delivery, via mail infoclienti@interflora.it with the number of the order and the requested change.

A. If, for serious reasons, you intend to cancel an order, you have to send a written request to the email address: infoclienti@interflora.it.
 
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
 

R. You can pay using one of the methods listed on our website. These are:
  1. Online via credit card: all you need to do is enter your card details (type of card, number, expiry date, and if required the security code). The entire transaction will be managed by Banca Sella and the highest levels of security will be adhered to.
  2. Paypal: Your credit card details will be processed solely by PayPal in order to carry out the necessary checks required to authorise online payment.
    Interflora will therefore not have any access to credit card details, but will only manage the contact details of the purchaser (name, surname, address) that are required to send the invoice to his/her address and to manage the delivery floral gifts to the address indicated in the order.
    The financial transaction only involves the purchaser and PayPal, who then proceeds to pay Interflora Italia.
  3. Bank Transfer: it is possible to make the payment by bank transfer to Account holder: Interflora Italia SpA - UNIONE DI BANCHE ITALIANE S.P.A. - IBAN: IT 06 X 03111 39490 000000001062 - BIC / SWIFT: BLOPIT22. Fill out the field of the “Reason for the Payment” with the order confirmation number. A copy of the bank transfer with order number and and the CRO / Debit account together with a copy of the identity card will have to be sent by email in PDF format to the following address: pagamenti@interflora.it or via fax to 06 66411429. Delivery will be made consistent with the time of receipt of the bank transfer or postal order. The order will be placed “on hold” until the bank transfer will be received; you will receive notification that payment has been successful and the order will be processed regularly. Can not be guaranteed delivery before 24 working hours.
  4. Postal Account: You may send a postal current account from any post office made payable to: Interflora Italia S.p.A. Via Giacomo Dina, 36 00128 Roma - Postal Current Account Number: 77173789
    In the Causale field (Reason for Payment) enter the order number, your name and telephone number or email address. Copy of the postal current account or postal order(with order number) will have to be sent to Interflora via fax to 06 66411429 or via email in PDF format to the following address: pagamenti@interflora.it. We will delivery your flower gift, compatibly with the receipt of bank transfer, checking account or postal order. The order will be placed “on hold” until a copy of the postal order has been received, you will receive notification that payment has been successful and order will be duly fulfilled.
  5. Postal Order: You may send a postal order from any post office. The Beneficiary is: Interflora Italia S.p.A. Via Giacomo Dina, 36 - 00128 Roma. In the Causale field (Reason for Payment) enter the order number , your name and telephone number or email address. Copy of the postal order (with order number) will have to be sent to Interflora via fax to 06 66411429 or via email in PDF format to the following address: pagamenti@interflora.it We will delivery your flower gift, compatibly with the receipt of bank transfer, checking account or postal order. The order will be placed “on hold” until a copy of the postal order has been received, you will receive notification that payment has been successful and order will be duly fulfilled.
  6. Onshop: if you haven’t a credit card or you can’t make a Bank Transfer you can use a Lottomatica Italia Servizi Onshop Voucher. Choose Onshop as a payment and type the PIN code, printed on the voucher, in the next page. The credit will be automatically deducted.
 
DELIVERY
 

R. No, the delivery charge is 9 euro for every Italian place covered by the Interflora. Interflora will pay any additional delivery charge required by the florist. For deliveries abroad, the costs depends on the country of destination.

R. Interflora guarantees the delivery of all orders for the requested date during normal working hours of our partner florists. If, for whatever reason, it has not been possible to fulfill your order you will be contacted by our customer care department as soon as the florist informs us there is a problem with the delivery. This means that if you have not heard from us or have not received any message, you can be certain that your personal flower gift has reached its destination. If the order has not been delivered, you can contact us writing a mail to infoclienti@interflora.it and lodge a complaint for non delivery, quoting your reference number.

R. Our partner florist will attempt to deliver the gift then leave a card and try to reach the recipient at a later time by phone. If the florist cannot reach the recipient he or she will immediately inform us of the problem and we will contact you either via post or email.

  2. entering 2, with the automatic receiving orders system, in total autonomy, 24 hours a day, a recorded voice helps you to place your order by choosing from a number of flora arrangements and entering the necessary data for completing the purchase
    In both cases, the order is automatically transmitted to an Interflora florist whom will make the delivery.

R. "Flowers and Gifts" is a program that allows you to directly deliver floral arrangements at home combined with exceptional gifts or gift items selected from Interflora. You can choose between flowers and gifts in the one day, if you need to deliver the floral tribute with gift in a few minutes, in all locations covered by the program. Alternatively you can choose from the many gifts offered in the flowers and gifts in two days, if you want sent them at least two days after the order date.
